Naerata Ometi MTÜ understands and shares the feelings experienced by a mother or father when they face the potential loss of their most precious possession – their child. These moments are filled with pain, confusion, and often helplessness, especially when there’s a looming possibility that children, who hold the most central place in our hearts and homes, might be taken away from us. In such situations, every minute, every decision, and every moment becomes extremely significant, as they can affect the entire future of the family.
Currently, we are involved in a particularly sensitive dispute, the details of which we cannot disclose until it is resolved. In light of this sensitive issue, we have created a general project focused on providing legal support for these emotionally difficult disputes. Our goal is to provide families with the necessary resources to defend their rights and find solutions that best support the child’s interests.
We understand that child protection interventions are usually due to situations prevailing in families, keeping in mind the best interests of the child. However, we have also encountered cases where, in our opinion, actions have not been fair. Such situations require the intervention of a competent lawyer to navigate the complex legal labyrinth, which demands dedication, expertise, and resources.
