We Appeal for Your Help to Collect Funds for the Recovery of Pätu-Paul, a Male Cat Currently Under Treatment at the Viljandi Animal Shelter.Who is Pätu-Paul, and
Who is Pätu-Paul, and What Happened to Him?
Pätu-Paul is a homeless cat who likely got injured either in traffic or by a cruel human act. Sadly, there are no bite marks, but his back leg is severely wounded, oozing blood and pus from multiple places.
Currently, Pätu-Paul is very wary of people and easily stressed, but with care and time, we hope to restore his trust.
Veterinarian’s Diagnosis and Treatment Plan:
- Treatment for the injury to his back leg.
- Addressing malnutrition and dehydration.
- Gum and dental care.
- Treatment for external parasites.
- Rehabilitation and additional tests as needed.
Fortunately, his other legs and bones are intact, and the veterinarian is optimistic about his recovery.
Good news:
A dedicated member of Naerata Ometi NGO, Heiki, has kindly agreed to take Pätu-Paul into his home in the countryside after his treatment, providing him with a safe and loving environment.
What Do We Need, and How Can You Help?
We need to collect approximately 300 euros to cover Pätu-Paul’s treatment costs. Any donations exceeding this amount will be donated by Naerata Ometi NGO to the Viljandi Animal Shelter to help other cats in need.
Let’s help Pätu-Paul heal and find a safe home! 😻 Thank you so much to everyone who contributes!
