Every child needs a place where they can simply be a child – safely, calmly, and creatively. A place where their worries can momentarily fade, and joy, play, and a sense of security can grow.
Naerata Ometi NGO, in cooperation with SA Perekodu, has initiated a moving and meaningful collaborative project with the goal of creating developmental, screen-free activity rooms in four family homes, where children can experience peace, creativity, and a sense of security.
These rooms are not just furnished spaces – they are places where inner transformation happens, where children can express themselves through play, learn to communicate, and feel seen and cared for.
Project Content and Goal
As a result of the project, four rooms in family homes (under SA Perekodu) will be furnished and designated for shared use by children. These rooms can serve as:
-
a place for calming down
-
a place for creative activity
-
a place for meaningful connection between a child and an adult (caregiver or therapist)
The rooms are meant for everyday use – to be a natural part of the growth environment that supports a child’s mental well-being.

financial support (see bank links below)
-
material donations (e.g., furniture, toys, therapy tools)
-
volunteer contributions in the form of skills, time, or supportive attitude
Every supportive step helps create a space where a child feels safe and valued.
Thank you for standing with us beside these children.
